Our facility has our own hardware factory, power supplies R&D center and workshop, and advanced LED lights manufacturing facilities including auto-soldering machines, SMT machines, die-casting machines, CNC machines, laser machines, and electrical testing devices such as integrating spheres and distribution photometer. There are more than 10 low-voltage aging lines to meet a monthly production capacity of 500,000pcs LED lamps.

Our team devotes itself to developing new products with state-of-the-art technologies. We have more than 10 R&D engineers who have abundant experience in appearance design, circuit design, electric driver design, optical lens design, and light control system research. Most of our products are self-designed with private moulds, and are ETL, TUV, CE, and RoHS certified.

Our QC team is professionally trained to ensure the quality of all products. There are advanced equipments to test electronic and optical characteristics, waterproof limits, and anti-corrosion functions. We strictly implement ISO9001 management processes. We fully inspect our products and perform a 48-hour aging process before shipping.
