Do you have the ability to develop OEM new products and how long to make mould samples?
Yes, our structure engineers can make CAD and 3D drawings and develop new products based on the requirements of the client. We have mould workshops for punched, injection, and die-casting products; mould samples are produced much faster.
Can I have a sample order for the item we are interested in?
Yes, we accept sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed models are acceptable.
What's the lead time for samples and bulk orders?
3-5 days for samples, and 2-4 weeks for batch bulk orders.
What is the quality process of lights and what is the warranty time of products?
Our factory passed GBT19001-2016 and ISO9001-2015. 100% of finished products pass aging tests before packing. We offer a 2-5 year guarantee on all our products.
How to deal with products that fail within the guarantee period?
For parts that fail under guarantee, we will send free replacements with new orders for small quantities. For failed batch products, we will repair and resend them, or negotiate the best solution together.
What type of test reports can you offer for your LED indoor and outdoor lights?
We have our own lab and can offer IES reports, Photometric reports, LM80 reports, etc.
